About me

I was born in Latin America and grew up in San Francisco. A product of the Bay Area, I went on to graduate from St. Ignatius in the City and UC Berkeley across the bridge.

After spending three years in Washington, DC, working at both the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Reserve, in 2003, I embarked on my legal studies at Cornell Law School in Ithaca, NY.

Upon graduation, I worked as a corporate associate in Manhattan at a boutique international law firm. There I had the opportunity to work on a wide array of corporate transactions, from financing the construction of a hotel in NYC, structuring investments in other countries, to advising international corporations on doing business in the US. In addition to my corporate duties, I also worked closely with the litigation team at the firm.

In 2009, I decided to make the switch to litigation full-time. For the past six years, I've been fortunate to have worked on a wide array of interesting and novel disputes and lawsuits. I've represented both plaintiffs and defendants - from normal people who have found themselves in very difficult situations to corporations looking to move on with business. I've successfully litigated wrongful death cases, contract disputes, age and sex discrimination cases, founder disputes, and constitutional rights violations.

I thoroughly enjoy my profession and the ability to zealously advocate for my clients. It is my goal and aspiration that my work reflects that passion.
