Argued and won the landmark case Rosenbaum v. Represented a client in a case against a Richmond Police Officer for failure to intervene. My client was beaten by another officer and sued for excessive force. We also brought suit against an officer that watched the incident and did nothing. We settled the case against the officer who used force but the other officer who watched did not settle, thinking they did nothing wrong. Represented a public servant who was discriminated at work based on his national origin. We were able to successfully settle his lawsuit for over $1 million and, more importantly, our client kept his job.

Represented the children whose parents were killed in a deadly trucking case. We successfully settled the case for $13.5 million on their behalf even though liability was disputed.
