$550,000 Verdict against Police Officer for Failure to Intervene

Represented a client in a case against a Richmond Police Officer for failure to intervene. My client was beaten by another officer and sued for excessive force. We also brought suit against an officer that watched the incident and did nothing. We settled the case against the officer who used force but the other officer who watched did not settle, thinking they did nothing wrong.
